CAMBRIDGE, ON, March 7, 2022 – ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc. (TSX: ATA) (“ATS” or the “Company”), an industry-leading automation solutions provider, today shared information about their commitments to provide support to Ukraine. With 70 individuals employed in Ukraine, the Company is providing additional financial resources to support the needs of team members and families. Additionally, through its Community Outreach Program, ATS is donating $200,000 to the Canadian Red Cross’s Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Appeal, the biggest single donation in our company’s history.

Money raised for the Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Appeal will allow the Canadian Red Cross to send personnel, equipment, and funds to support the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement response in Ukraine and surrounding countries, including support to those displaced. Teams on the ground are working to provide immediate and ongoing relief efforts including: providing emergency assistance for basic needs such as food, shelter and water, helping people cope with psychological trauma and operating mobile health teams.
