California AB 1305 Disclosure

California Voluntary Carbon Markets Disclosure (AB-1305) California’s Voluntary Carbon Market Disclosures Act, Assembly Bill No. 1305 (“AB-1305”), requires entities doing business in California to disclose specified information regarding the marketing, sale, purchase, or use of certain voluntary carbon offsets under Sections 44475 and 44475.1. In addition, AB1305 requires disclosure of specified information regarding claims of net zero achievement, carbon neutrality, or significant greenhouse gas (“GHG”) emissions reductions under Section 44475.2.

ATS Corporation provides this disclosure in conjunction with our annual Sustainability Report (posted on https://atsautomation.com) to fulfill our requirements under AB-1305.

Neither ATS Corporation nor its subsidiaries (collectively, “ATS”) engage in the marketing or sale of voluntary carbon offsets within California as defined by Section 44475. Moreover, we have not depended on the acquisition or utilization of voluntary carbon offsets to support any public declarations concerning the attainment of net zero emissions, carbon neutrality, or significant GHG emission reductions.

ATS committed to a goal of carbon neutrality for Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions in its operations by 2030. As noted in our 2025 Sustainability Report, we are reviewing our approach to our sustainability strategy and targets in consideration of business, market, and legal developments.

We utilize the Greenhouse Gas Protocol for reporting our GHG emissions and publicly report our annual Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions (and year-over-year changes with respect thereto) in our annual Sustainability Report. The claims and data indicated above and related information can be found in our annual Sustainability Report. ATS’s GHG emissions data and related statements have not been independently verified by a third party.
